To help us quote accurately, please include:
- Your name, organisation and phone number
- Sector: commercial gym or studio, school or university, health or aged care, mine site, council, workplace, Defence, hotel or apartment, home, or other
- Location of the site (suburb or town and state)
- Products or brands you're interested in, or the type of training the space will be used for
- Approximate number of users at peak times
- Space: room dimensions, and a floor plan or photos if you have them
- Budget range, if known
- Timeline: when you need the equipment on site
- Services needed: delivery, installation, maintenance contract, finance
What happens next
- We'll review your request and contact you to clarify anything we need.
- We'll prepare an itemised quote with delivered pricing, and installation where required, confirming current stock and lead times.
- Once you're happy, we'll confirm your order and schedule delivery.
Lead times: if a Jerai, Body-Solid Pro Dual or Steelflex item is out of stock, allow 45–90 days to site. A 50% deposit is required upfront on Jerai orders.
