Gym Equipment Delivery & Installation

Commercial gym equipment is heavy, bulky and needs to be assembled and set up correctly to work safely. Nordic Fitness delivers and installs fitness equipment for home and commercial customers in Perth, regional Western Australia and across Australia, including remote mine sites.

What's included

Installation services are quoted to suit each job, and can include:

  • Delivery to your door, room or site.
  • Assembly of strength machines, racks, rigs, benches and cardio equipment.
  • Positioning to your agreed layout.
  • Set-up and checks: making sure equipment is level, adjusted and working correctly before handover.
  • Basic handover: showing staff how to use and care for the equipment.

Perth metro delivery

Free delivery applies to orders of $750 or more within the WA metro area (postcodes beginning 60XX or 61XX), excluding freight yards and shipping depots. Concept2 products and accessories are not included in free delivery. See the free delivery terms for details. Installation is quoted separately.

Regional and interstate delivery

We deliver Australia-wide. For regional, remote and interstate projects we quote freight and installation together, so you know the delivered cost. For mine sites and other remote facilities, tell us about site access, induction requirements and unloading equipment when you request a quote. See mine site and FIFO camp gym equipment.

Preparing for installation

To make installation day go smoothly:

  1. Confirm access: door widths, lifts, stairs, loading docks and parking for the delivery vehicle.
  2. Make sure the room is clear, clean and ready, with flooring already installed if it's being laid separately.
  3. Check power outlets are in place for treadmills and powered equipment.
  4. Let us know about building rules, such as work hours, booking the lift or contractor sign-in.
  5. Have someone on site who can confirm the final layout.

After installation

Commercial equipment lasts longer with regular care. Ask about a preventive maintenance contract, and keep antibacterial gym wipes and silicone lubricant on hand. If anything goes wrong, our service team can help.
