Frequently Asked Questions Regarding COVID-19

 

Are you still open?
Our warehouse is closed. We are still taking and fulfilling orders online but there is a delay in processing due to the 2 person gathering limit.

What is the procesing delay?
Expect up to 7-10 days order processing delay and 1-3 days shipping time. We are using external couriers to handle all deliveries now.

Can I click and collect to make it faster?
Unfortunately not. We have high risk employees and for their safety and for your own we are not allowing click and collect at the moment.

What is express delivery?
Each day, we will process and pick all express orders FIRST before any other orders. They will be booked for courier collection immediately. Courier delivery may still be 1-3 days.

Can I change my order? Can I add/remove items or change to express postage?
Ofcourse! Please contact us (preferably by Email or Facebook) to change your order. Please note that this may cause a delay in processing and dispatching your order.

 

When will you get more stock?
Different items come from different factories, so they won't all arrive at the same time. There may be delays due to shipping restrictions and increased border protections.

Can I pre-order equipment?
We allow pre-orders 2 weeks before stock arrives. Like our Facebook page for updates. We will post when stock is available on there.
